1a - User Registration - To create an account at UKCM you will need to provide a username and a valid email address. Your email address will be used to contact you regarding any orders you make (such as dispatch notifications and tracking details), customer service enquiries and also for promotions and special offers. Your email address will not be shared with any other parties.
1b - Address - We will collect your address when you place an order for the purposes of sending you the items you paid for. If you have an account with us and are logged in, your address will be saved to your profile. You can see your saved address by clicking on the user menu on the top left side of the page, and clicking the Profile button. Your address will be kept private and will only be accessed by authorized individuals to process any orders you make.
UK Console Mods will retain any data you have provided to us for as long as your account remains active and for two years after any account activity. After a two year period of no activity on your account, your account and any data associated with it will be deleted.
UK Console Mods does not share any of your personal data with any third parties in exchange for cash or services, we do not engage with any advertising companies and will never sell your data. We will share your name, email address and delivery address with payment processing companies and courier companies for the sole purpose of processing and delivering your orders.
Any information you share with UK Console Mods is kept strictly confidential and secure, and is only accessible by us. Your data is encrypted using SSL technology when using this website, and we follow industry standards to keep your data safe, both during transmission and when stored on our systems.
Only authorized people have access to your data, typically the owner of UK Console Mods and its employees. These people will always respect your security, privacy and confidentiality, as well as UK Data Protection laws.
We do not store your card details. All money transactions are handled by trusted payment processing companies. We will have access to information regarding the transaction, but your card details will never be known to us.
5a - The Right to Access Your Information - You have the right to access your personal data and details of how we process and use it. You can access your information on the Profile section of our website, or by contacting us and making a request.
5b - The Right to Rectify Your Information - You have the right to update your personal information if it is incorrect or out of date, UK Console Mods will keep your data up to date as much as reasonably possible, however we also rely on customers to keep their information updated, and encourage you to do so. You can do so by using the Profile menu on our website, or by contacting us and asking us to rectify your data for you. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can contact us and ask us to do this for you.
5c - Exercising Your Rights - If you wish to exercise your individual rights regarding your personal data, you can do so by contacting the website owner at jack@ukconsolemods.co.uk. We may ask for proof of identity when you request access to personal data.
We keep this policy under regular review and will update it over time if the need arises, you will be notified if we update this Privacy Policy.
