Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to MOST places. There are a few places we cannot ship to for various regions. If your country is not available for selection at our checkout, we unfortunately do not ship to your region.
Do you sell pre-modded consoles?
Occasionally – due to their one-off nature, these will be sold on the eBay store.
Why do items in your eBay store cost more than on the UKCM website?
eBay takes a small cut of all my sales made on their website, the price increase is to compensate for that. This website will always be the cheaper choice.
How do you process payments? Can I pay some other way?
We use PayPal to process all payments, we currently only accept PayPal payments.
Can I collect my order in person?
We do not allow in-person collection of orders, and only fulfil orders by mail.
I live in the European Union and I had to pay extra fees when my item was delivered - why is this?
Since 1st July 2021, the European Union has implemented stricter regulations to ensure that VAT is collected on all goods imported into the EU valued above €22 by the companies providing the imports. If your order is above €22, there is a high chance they will collect the VAT at delivery, as we have no feasible way of collecting it currently. This is not an issue on my eBay shop, since eBay collects VAT at the time of purchase.
Do you provide an installation service for console mods?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide installation services.
My order has arrived broken or defective, what can I do?
